PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle capable of reducing a battery charging time by a commercial power supply and omitting battery charging under good conditions. SOLUTION: An electric vehicle (A) includes a DC brusheless motor 1, for driving, on-board batteries 2 and 3, an inverter circuit 4 for controlling the continuity of the DC brushless motor 1, switches 5 and 6 for switching the batteries 2 and 3, and charging mode selecting switches 70 and 71. In addition, the charging mode selecting switches 70 and 71 are set to a 'solar-charging position', and one on-board battery which is not being used for driving is charged during the driving. |
