摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the generating circuit to generate a constant amplitude (peak level) and to make a tilt angle of a triangular wave constant at all times even with frequency changes in input pulse signals. SOLUTION: The generating circuit is provided with a pulse width variable monostable multivibrator circuit 12 that generates a pulse signal synchronously with a timing pulse input, a triangular wave output circuit 13 that outputs a triangular wave signal by charging a capacitor 29 with a constant current after the end of the generating period of the pulse signal, and an AGC comparator circuit 14 that compares a peak value of th triangular wave signal with a reference voltage Vref and that outputs signals based on the difference obtained. The multivibrator circuit 12 charges a capacitor 25 with a current proportional to an output signal of the AGC compactor circuit 14 and controls the generation of the pulse signal to be stopped when the charging voltage reaches a reference voltage VS.</p>
