PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and automatically reproduce a message at the designated time without reproducing operation from the outside by reproducing the message when designated time information designating the time to reproduce the message is coincident with internal time information. SOLUTION: A time information judging means 11 judges whether designated time information Tc of time stamp information designating the time to reproduce the message is coincident with internal time information Tr inside a telephone set as current time or not. This designated time information Tc is inputted by dial operation. When an external caller is to record a message in a telephone set 10, for example, the designated time information Tc is inputted by dialing before speaking this message. When the designated time information Tc is coincident with the internal time information Tr, a message reproducing means 12 automatically reproduces the message.
