<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary punching device which has a simple construction and is low-priced and capable of positively separating/discharging punch chips. SOLUTION: This rotary punching device 35 is made up of a punching cylinder 15 arranged under a sheet conveying path and a curved mold 4 attached to the punching cylinder 15. In addition, a pinching blade in the X direction is installed obliquely at an acute angle with the generating line of the punching cylinder 15, a punching blade in the Y direction is installed obliquely at an acute angle with the peripheral direction of the punching cylinder 15. Thus it is possible to prevent the punching blades from cutting in a considerable length into a sheet W simultaneously, and therefore, positively separate a finished product part Wx from punch chips Wr after the punching operation. Further, as the punch chips Wr are lighter in weight than the finished product part Wx, the punch chips are discharged bouncing upward by a centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the punching cylinder 15. The pinch chips Wr are recovered by a punch chips recovery mechanism 100 arranged above a finished product part recovery mechanism 90, and therefore, and be extremely smoothly separated from the finished product part Wx with high efficiency.</p> |
