PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the total necessary time when a partition wall is formed on a backing layer with the anticutting property by using a sand blast method. SOLUTION: A backing paste layer 240 in which a low melting point glass powder M1 whose softening point is lower than a temperature A; and a partition wall paste layer 290 in which a low melting point glass powder M2 whose softening point is higher than a temperature B2 which is higher than the temperature A, and a low melting point glass powder M3 whose softening point is higher than the temperature A, and lower than the temperature B2, are scattered on a base, a sintering process to heat up to a temperature Z which is higher than the temperature A and lower than the temperature B2 is carried out, and thereby, the scattering catalysts of the backing paste layer 240, and the partition wall paste layer 290, are eliminated, so as to form a backing layer 241 and a partition wall material layer. |
