PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the low-frequency road noise, without impairing the steering stability. SOLUTION: A shock absorbing rubber sheet layer 9 of tanδ=0.2 to 0.7 at 20 deg.C is provided between the carcass 7 of a side wall part 3 and an inner liner 6. Further, the length (a) in the radial direction of a tire of the shock absorbing rubber sheet layer 9, the length (b) in the radial direction of the tire between the inner circumferential end 9a of the shock absorbing rubber sheet layer and the outer circumferential end 5a of the bead filler, and the length (c) in the radial direction of the tire between the outer circumferential end 9b of the shock absorbing rubber sheet layer and the inner circumferential surface 1a on the tire center line CL of the tread part 1 are specified with regard to the length (d) in the radial direction of the tire between the outer circumferential end 5a of the bead filler and the inner circumferential surface 1a of the tread part on the tire center line CL.
