<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint for piping to promptly cope with variation of the layout of piping at a construction field and further regulate a pipe length so that piping is temporarily contained at the site. SOLUTION: The end part of a large pipe 1 being an object to be connected is fixed on one side of a coupling cylinder part 11. A union socket part 12 having a tip with which a union nut 13 is threadedly joined is fixed on the other side of the coupling pipe part 11. A small pipe 1 being an object to be connected is inserted in the union socket part 12 through the union nut 13. The union nut 13 is a cylindrical body having an inside diameter in which a small pipe 2 is insertable. In this case, the small pipe 2 being an object to be coupled forms an outside diameter insertable in the large pipe 1. This constitution contains the small pipe 2 in the large pipe 1 and adjusts the overall length of the pipe of an object to be coupled through expansion and contraction.</p> |
