PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time loss in opening/closing operation by forcedly closing an opening/closing body up to a fully closed state by a motor-driven driving means when the opening/closing body is closed up to a half-latch state from an opening state. SOLUTION: When a latch exists in an open position after opening a back door, a sector gear 15 exists in a non-actuated position, so that a projecting piece 17d of a connecting lever is sprung up to a release position by abutting to a stopper 19. When the back door moves in the closing direction, the gear 15 and an arm 15b rotate toward an actuating position, so that the projecting piece 17d moves to be opposed to the abutting edge 7d of a rotary lever 7 by a spring 18. When the gear 15 is rotated further, the connecting lever is moved to forcedly rotate the rotary lever 7 and the latch up to a full latch position from a half latch position. Therefore, a time loss until the latch is actually rotated by a driving device after reaching the half latch position can be shortened.
|
