PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the parabolic antenna turning universal head that makes electric connection by using rotary joint only. SOLUTION: A voltage polarity control circuit 25 produces a±24 V/±29 V power supply voltage based on polarized plane changeover control or on/off control of low noise amplifiers 6, 7 and gives the voltage to an upper turning section 20 via a coaxial line of a rotary joint 9. A control circuit 18 applies on/off control to the low noise amplifiers 6, 7 based on the received±24 V/±29 V power supply voltage. A detection circuit 15 detects forward/reverse drive control of a motor 4 and allows a power supply polarity inverting circuit 12 to reverse the turning polarity of the motor 4. An H/V polarized wave changeover response and a LNA on/bypass changeover response are converted into the tone signals of F1-F4 and the signals are sent back to a lower stationary section 30 via the rotary joint 9.
