PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the distribution of a conference holding notice by automatically preparing the conference holding notice according to reserved conference information and automatically distribute it as electronic mail when a video conference is reserved. SOLUTION: On the assumption that the reservation of the video conference is started by any one of first to n-th terminals 121 to 12n for conference members, the reservation is started, setting is performed for distributing the conference holding notice as the electronic mail, the destination to distribute the conference holding notice is set and when the reservation is completed by setting the destination to distribute the conference holding notice, the transmission processing of the conference holding notice is performed to a set electronic mail address by an electronic mail control part 29. The conference holding notice to be transmitted by the electronic mail is automatically transmitted to the electronic mail address set as the distribution destination through a first circuit network 10. The recipients of the conference holding notice receive and refer to the conference holding notice through the receiving means of electronic mail at the first to n-th terminals 121 to 12n for conference members. |
