SOLUTION: Sealing materials 10a and 10b have the synthetic resin parts 20a and 20b, core materials 30a and 30b, cloth materials 40a and 40b and adhesives 45a and 45b to form the cavity parts Ca and Cb by removing the part in the vicinity of the end parts of the respective sealing materials 10a and 10b in the core materials 30a and 30b. Next, an adhesive 50 is filled in both cavity parts Ca and Cb so that the adhesive 50 is impregnated into the cloth materials 40a and 40b. Next, the mutual end parts of both sealing materials 10a and 10b (the synthetic resin parts 20a and 20b) are welded together.
