PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter for a DMR which has excellent control operability and is capable of providing a user with a large quantity of information. SOLUTION: The catheter body part of the operational catheter 10 for direct regeneration of the myocardial vessel consisting of the catheter body part 12, a control handle 16, a front end section 14 and a means for deflecting the front end section by the operation of the control handle has an outer wall part, base end and a front end and has one hole. The control handle is arranged at the base end of the catheter body part. The front end section has the base end, the front end and a flexible tube having the one hole. The base end of the front end section is fixed and mounted to the front end of the catheter body part. The catheter has an electromagnetic sensor which is arranged within the front end of the front end section and generates a signal indicating its position. |
