PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render services to a customer who has been kept waiting for a long time and to let a customer who dislikes waiting stay by calculating points on the basis of a time measured by a time measuring means and visually displaying the calculated points. SOLUTION: When a visiting customer touches a touch panel switch 12 of an acceptance terminal 10, the CPU of a personal computer 20 starts a reception processing and writes a store visiting time and an acceptance number on a card, which is discharged from the acceptance terminal 10. A store clerk when guiding the customer touches a guide button of the touch panel switch 12 and then the CPU acquires a guiding time; and the store clerk having inputted an acceptance number guides the customer to a seat and inserts a card into a staff terminal 30. Then the CPU calculates a wait time from the store visiting time and guiding time to calculate a waiting time point, and then writes a new point on the card and also displays the new point and a display message at the card display part of the card. |
