RACEMIC SEPARATION OF KETAMINE

摘要

Method in which 1) racemic 2-(o-chlorophenyl)-2-methylaminoc yclohexanone reacts with enantiomeric form of tartaric acid, 2) t he produced 2-(o-chlorophenyl)-2-methylaminocyclohexanone salt is separated with tartaric acid and 3) isolated 2-(o-chlorophenyl)- 2-methylaminocyclohexanone salt reacts with alkali, whilst the 2- (o-chlorophenyl)-2-methylaminocyclohexanone isomer is separated. The degrees 1 and 2 are carried out in water or in the mixture of water and alcohol and/ or ketone, ether or ester.
