Viewed from the wind direction, movable wind blades are fitted on the one edge, that which is with the wind (drive edge), and have direct or indirect contact with the arms of the rotary gondola at least on the drive edge, with the broad edge directed into the wind. Each of the wind blades is rotatably located between two branches unsymmetrically and has a longer and a shorter edge. Only the shorter wind blade can pass through between an uppermost and a lowermost rotary circle arm. The longer wind blade on its outer end has blocking spurs and has a double function, ie. with wind pressure in the direction of the rotary circle arms these arms are brought to touch it. With wind pressure away from the rotary gondola arms the longer wind blade releases from the rotary circle arm pair and the wind blade with the small edge points is against the wind.
