PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of alumina and to enable stable casting for a long time by using a nozzle for continuous casting containing the limited wt. ratio of the specific calcium zirconate series clinker, graphite and the other refractory raw material. CONSTITUTION:By using the immersion nozzle for continuous casting and the nozzle for tundish containing 15-40wt.% CaO, 0.1-5wt.% CaF2, 55-89wt.% ZrO2 and composed of 10-95wt.% calcium zirconate containing CaZrO3 as the essential component as mineral composition, 5-40wt.% graphite and <=85wt.% the other refractory raw material, nozzle clogging caused by the sticking of alumina is prevented and the stable casting can be executed for a long time. |
