PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sample, to be electrified, from being bent when it is electrified and heated by installing a sample traction means which gives a tractive force to the sample, to be electrified, which is connected to a pressure welding electrode. SOLUTION: A current-input-side pressure welding electrode 1A and a current-input- side pressure welding electrode 1B are installed inside respective vacuum tanks, and a sample 5 to be electrified is connected across the pressure welding electrodes 1A, 1B as a pair. That is to say, the sample 5 to be electrified is sandwiched between bus electrodes 2 and moving electrodes 3 by a proper pressure contact force. The pressure contact force to the sample 5 to be electrified is adjusted by the tightening amount of every screw 4 for pressure contact. Both end parts of the sample 5 to be electrified are fixed to sample terminal fixation parts 6. Then, when the sample 5, to be electrified, between guide rollers 7 is pressed by an expander roller 9 at a sample traction means 9, tension is given to the sample 5, to be electrified, between the pressure welding electrodes 1A, 1B. Therefore, the bend of the sample 5 to be electrified is corrected when it is electrified and heated, it is possible to prevent the sample 5, to be electrified, from being deviated from the visual field of a temperature monitor, and a temperature is controlled easily. |
