PURPOSE:To improve the yield of deposition of weld metal powder on a weld zone. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 encapsulated with a carrier gas is connected via a valve to a gas charging port of a powder mixing device 2 and a tank 3 in which the weld metal powder is housed is connected a value to the powder charging port of the powder mixing device 2. One end of a supplying hose 4 is connected to the discharge port of the powder mixing device 2 and the other end of this supplying hose 4 is connected to a gas inlet 5a of a cyclone classifier 5. A powder supplying nozzle 6 is connected to an outlet 5b for the powder of this cyclone classifier 5 and a nozzle 8 for a shielding gas is connected via a hose 7 to an outlet 5c for the gas of the cyclone classifier 5. |
