PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an active carbon filling container of water impermeability and air permeability having water resistance for which the optional shape, size and design suitable for the purpose of use of active carbon and its place of use can be provided. SOLUTION: A bag is formed of a water impermeable non-woven cloth paper formed by heat filling polyethylene or polypropylene fibers. The non-woven cloth paper used as a material for the active carbon filling bag is formed by cutting fibers manufactured by melt spinning polyethylene or polypropylene of high density and the like into the several - several tens cm similarly as in the manufacture of an ordinary non-woven cloth to form the fibers, feeding sufficiently disentangled fibers into a machine to form a web, passing the web through a calender or the like in the heated state, welding fibers one another under the pressure and forming a sheet (paper) of smooth surface, and papers of various kinds of thickness can be manufactured in compliance with the basis weight of fibers. |
