FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aromatic alcohol from juniper berries in the amount of 270-280 l per 1000 dal and from mixture of anise, lemon oil, cinnamon and baikhovi tea in the amount of 3-4 l per 1000 dal. Prepared aromatic alcohols are blended with aqueous-alcoholic liquid and 65.8-% sugar syrup. The blend is mixed, filtered and bottled. The prepared blend is of 40% strength. The bitter liqueur contains the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal: juniper berry, 45-55; anise, 0.2-0.4; cinnamon, 0.4-0.6; baikhovi tea, 0.1-0.3; lemon oil, 0.1-0.15; sugar, 75-85; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance up to strength of 40%.
