FIELD: continuous-action apparatuses for mixing loose materials, possibly in chemical, food making and other industry branches. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal mixer includes vertical cylindrical housing with charging and discharging branch pipes, receiving funnel, drive shaft with discharging blades secured to it and with rotor in the form of base supporting hollow truncated concentrically arranged cones. Height and inclination angle of generatrix relative to base of said cones increase from central portion to periphery. Mean and inner cones of rotor are provided with windows arranged in such a way that windows of inner cone are shifted relative to windows of mean cone. Deflector in the form of disc with Archimedean helix having cone cross section is mounted in housing of mixer over rotor. Deflector may be raised and descended. EFFECT: uniform distribution of particles in mixture, smoothed pulsations of flows of material fed to mixer, enhanced quality of mixture. 2 cl, 4 dwg
