FIELD: oil producing industry; increase in production rate of oil wells with high gas-oil ratio. SUBSTANCE: oil-well sucker-rod pump has cylinder accommodating fixed plunger forming two chambers, namely, upper and lower ones, and ball valves. Cylinder is made stepped for axial displacement.
