METHOD OF CLEANING FILTER-DIRT TRAP FROM PARAFFIN-ASPHALT DEPOSITS

FIELD: cleaning filters located on housings for protection of devices and equipment of oil pipe lines against paraffin-asphalt deposits. SUBSTANCE: method consists in regular disconnection of filter and repeated flushing of it by working fluid at increased pressure differential on filter element; in flushing the filter, paraffin-asphalt deposit is softened by self-heating of product in closed volume through successive circulation in closed system connected with inner cavity of filter element and volume between its outer surface and chamber; first circulation is effected in inner cavity of filter element and then over its outer surface. EFFECT: enhanced reliability; reduction of time required for cleaning; facilitated cleaning procedure. 2 dwg
