FIELD: railway transport; tank cars for carrying dangerous cargoes. SUBSTANCE: tank has barrel 1 secured on frame 2, running gear 3, hood 5 with filling and discharge fittings. Safety bows 6 are installed on barrel 2 form top at both sides of hood 5 from side of end plates 4 square to barrel axis. Height of bows exceeds height of hood 5. Each bow has cross and longitudinal braces 10. One end of each brace is rigidly connected with bow 6, and other end is secured on frame 8 or barrel 1. protective sheet 11 is rigidly secured on upper part of bows 6. Bows 6 with sheets 11 prevent damage of hood 5 with filling and discharge fittings if tank is turned over in emergency. EFFECT: provision of safety in emergency. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
