FIELD: radio engineering; radio communications, radio countermeasure and radiometric exploration devices. SUBSTANCE: device built according to first and second design versions uses sum and difference signals of high- and low-frequency heterodynes as heterodyne signals of input and output converters. These signals may be separated across separate output mixers or by means of frequency- selective splitters connected at outputs of mixers. In this way, broad- band superhigh-frequency transceivers with large dynamic range of input signals, twice as low values of heterodyne frequencies, and twice as narrow frequency control range for heterodyne signals can be developed.
