PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely execute transmission to a CODEC at a reception side and to stabilize an operation by permitting a speaker detecting processing to wait till the frame processing of picture data by means of a frame storage end signal is ended even when the number of conference terminals where the speakers are detected is reported by means of of a voice change-over control means in a picture data change-over means. SOLUTION: A BCH frame control means 2 is constituted of a BCH frame- synchronized word detecting circuit 32 of picture data which is inputted at each channel, a memory control circuit 33 for executing the control of writing and reading to/from the previously stipulated address of a memory in accordance with a signal which is outputted from the detecting circuit 32, a memory 34 for storing received picture data and an error correction circuit 35 for a parity operation. The memory control circuit 33 controls the operation of a changeover timing control circuit 6 which executes the changeover control of a picture data changeover part 3 and changeover picture data by frame unit in accordance with a changeover request. |
