PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source equipment detecting an overcurrent with excellent precision. SOLUTION: A power source equipment 9 supplying a current to a load equipment 8 is provided with a load current detecting means 12 for detecting amount of a current used in the load equipment 8, and an operating means 13 which detects an overcurrent setting value as a threshold value at the time of recognizing an overcurrent, from the amount of the current at the time of stationary operation which is detected with the load current detecting means 12, and judges generation of an overcurrent when the amount of the current detected with the load current detecting means 12 exceeds the overcurrent setting value and satisfies a specified condition. A switch means 6 stops the supply of a current to the load equipment 8 when generation of an overcurrent is judged with the operating means 13. |
