PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable complete management easy to observe by automatically erasing an inquiry statement from a managing list after the lapse of a prescribed period when there is no answer and there is a time margin for dealing after the inquiry statement is issued. SOLUTION: After a patent is applied from a managing device, the inquiry statement showing whether or not examination is to be requested is automatically issued to a technical section or the like after the lapse of a certain period. At the same time, the statement is registered on the managing list so as to visually confirm the condition of the answer from the technical section or the like. When there is the answer from the technical section or the like and that answer is inputted to the managing device, the dealing of whether the examination is requested or not is outputted to the Patent Office or a patent agency. At the same time, the statement is erased from the managing list. When there is no answer and there is the time margin to the legal period of seven years such as the inquiry after the elapse of three years from the application, however, the statement is deleted from the managing list after the elapse of a prescribed period such as three months from the issue of the inquiry statement. Then, the inquiry statement is issued again after the elapse of a fixed period such as three years. |
