By mixing the specified fibers selected to the conductive adhesive 6, the coefficient of the linear expansion of the conductive adhesive can come close to that of the conductive components in a severe temperature change under the space environment, the generation of cracks is prevented, and by specifying the length of fibers to 1 mm or less, thin coating is made possible. Since the conducting from the outside can be ensured, the conducting work is facilitated.
