PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the edge part of a mouse pad from warping upward despite reduction of the total thickness of the pad and to secure the excellent operability of the pad by forming a coating layer on a sponge layer of a high hardness of a layered product consisting of a synthetic resin film layer having its irregular surface and the sponge layer. SOLUTION: The mouse pad 1 contains three layers, i.e., an outer synthetic resin film layer 4 having the irregularity 3 on its surface 2, an intermediate sponge layer 5 of a high hardness which supports the layer 4, and a coating layer 6 of resin or rubber having a high percentage of contraction and a high coefficient of friction which covers the surface of the layer 5. The layer 4 preferably uses a polyurethane material in particular, and the surface 2 of the layer 4 has the irregularity 3 of 10 to 90μm in terms of Rz. Meanwhile, the layer 5 preferably uses the polyurethane sponge in particular and the layer 6 preferably uses the polyurethane or silicone rubber or resin in particular respectively.
