PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the occurrence of opening or closing trouble of a disconnecting part caused by the increase of friction extending for a long period, etc., by lightening the driving force of the shutter plate for opening and closing the disconnecting part. SOLUTION: Links connected to the lever 5 for pushing up or pushing down shutter plates in liaison with the position of an electric apparatus are passed through the openings of the shutter plates 3a, 3b, and 3c so as to support the shutter plates 3a, 3b, and 3c, and rollers 28b, etc., are attached to the tips of the links, whereby they moves up and down within guide rails, and the shutter plates are provided also with rollers 28b, etc., moving up and down on the side faces of the guide rails for operation, thus this device opens and closes a disconnecting part. |
