FINGER LANGUAGE INFORMATION PRESENTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a smooth language animation with a high degree of freedom of expression by using less data when a finger language operation is generated in an animation. SOLUTION: Parameters needed for finger language presentation are inputted to an input means 100. Data on motion elements corresponding to finger language words are taken out of a finger language operation dictionary storage means 200 and passed to a finger language animation composting means 300. The finger language animation composting means 300 moves the hands and fingers of a character by using those data to compose the finger language animation. The finger language animation of the character is displayed by an output means 40 to show the message that the operator intends to a person having difficulty in hearing.
