<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the yield of the floating characteristic of a magnetic head slider and to simplify the process of manufacture to shorten lead time. SOLUTION: A magnetic head slider 10 and a flexure 20A constituting a slider support are joined together by a anisotropic conductive resin 30. By the anisotropic conductive resin 30, the magnetic head slider 10 is fixed to the flexure 20A and, simultaneously, the signal electrodes 12a to 12d of the magnetic head slider 10 side and the signal electrodes 22a to 22d of the flexure 20A side are electrically connected together. Further, in the magnetic head slider 10, a grounding electrode 13 provided in a side opposite (rear part) a magnetic head element 11 and the grounding electrode 23 of the flexure 20A side are simultaneously connected to each other electrically.</p> |
