FLAT CABLE CONNECTION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a rotation connection apparatus for automobile steering in which a connection portion is compact and good in connection workability. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with a flat cable 10 in which a plurality of conductors 10b arrayed in parallel are covered with a flexible insulation sheet 10a; and a plurality of connection conductors 23 (23-1 to 23-5) arrayed in parallel so as to cross each conductor 10b of this flat cable 10. Here, a punched hole 10e is formed at the insulation sheet 10a of the flat cable 10 at a position crossing this connection conductor 23 to expose part of the conductor 10b, and this exposed conductor 10b is welded and connected to the connection conductor 23.
