PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easy controlling of crystallization and substitution element so as to make easy preparation of powder having an excellent powder characteristic by separating a synthesizing process of material comprising primary particles or their coagulated body from a particle configuration control process for coagulating the material into an arbitral form. SOLUTION: A production material such as aluminum sulfate, aluminum nitrate, nickel sulfate, nickel nitrate, lithium hydroxide or the like is synthesized under arbitral conditions, then gelled sedimentation having a required crystallization is formed, and it is washed and turned into a cake or slurry state. This gelled sedimentation is used as a material, and the particle shape is controlled by the use of an atomization drier or particle making device by stirring or the like. For example, slurry with a proper concentration is supplied to an atomization opening of the atomization drier and spherical powder particles are obtained. When the concentration of slurry is made high, the diameters of particles become large. Also, when the rotary speed of stirring vane of a stirrer is made low, the diameter of particle of powder to be obtained becomes large. |
