PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a radio wave using the same frequency band for the operation and to manage a frequency resource so as to avoid interference of an active channel in the mobile communication system. SOLUTION: A zone monitored by a base station BS is extended by referencing a surrounding frequency state measured by a mobile set PS registered in the base station BS. A supervisor BS monitors in real time the frequency resource of the entire system, based on the frequency resource information measured by the base station and sent from the base station BS and the surrounding frequency information measured by the mobile set PS. |
