PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooperation corresponding to operation time of a breaker. SOLUTION: A changing rate type ground line selective relay 2 outputs a detecting signal, a signal of 1 is outputted from an AND computing element 20A, a precedent breaking signal is outputted after operation of a timer (T2) 11 is finished, and a breaker is turned off. When a coordination timer (T45) 15 turns to time-out, a signal is outputted as a starting signal to an anti time- limit type ground line selective relay 3, and a lock output signal is outputted to the AND computing element 20A. The anti time-limit type ground line selecting relay 3 outputs a detecting signal to an AND computing element 20B, a following breaking signal is outputted, and a following breaker is turned off. |
