PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the sending-out of a chip component smooth by attracting a chip component on the outer peripheral surface of a rotary disk means, moving the chip component from a component aligning path to a component sending path by rotating the disk, and sending the chip component in the sending path as far as a predetermined position by a component carrying belt. SOLUTION: A coin-shaped fixed type permanent magnet 80 as a fixed magnet means is fixed and arranged on a base 82. A rotary disk 84 is installed surrounding the permanent magnet 80. A chip component is attracted on the outer peripheral surface of the disk 84 by the magnetic force of the magnet 80 and rotated. The chip component is transferred from a component aligning path 10 to a component sending path 11. A component carrying belt 60c is installed below the component sending path 11. The chip component in the sending path 11 is sent as far as a predetermined position. Thereby attitude of the chip component is not violently changed from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction, but smoothly sent to the predetermined position.
