PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antidazzle hard coating film having a fine rugged structure on the surface, a good antidazzle effect and surface characteristics with excellent scratching resistance and hard coating property, and to provided its producing method. SOLUTION: This hard coating film has an active energy ray-hardening resin coating film on one surface of a transparent plastic base material 1. The surface of the active energy ray-hardening resin coating film has a rough structure 3, 4 comprising two kinds of fine ruggedness patterns with different height of projections. The two kinds of fine ruggedness patterns consists of a part with 0.1 to 0.2 μm average difference in height and a part with 2.1 to 10 μm average difference in height. |
