PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a communication equipment, such as a mobile communication terminal available in the entire world to easily make a speech with a desired speed destination in countries and all the regions of the world. SOLUTION: While a speech destination selection menu is displayed on a display section, when the user designates a desired speech destination such as 'police station' or 'embassy' through a pen touch, police station information or embassy information within the user's jurisdiction is retrieved among worldwide police station information or embassy information stored in cross reference with position information in a speech destination/guide data memory 13b in a ROM based on a current position information on the earth detected by a GPS and stored in advance in a position information data memory in a RAM and its telephone number or the like is read and displayed. Then the user can easily obtain speech destination information such as required public agency within the user's jurisdiction, even in any country or region of the world and then the user can immediately make dialing to the desired speech destination and makes a speech. |
