PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device which is capable of reducing consumption current at the time of operation. SOLUTION: When the voltage value of an output terminal AG1 of an AC power generator AG exceeds a terminal voltage Vdd of a large capacity capacitor 5, an output signal ϕP1 of a comparator COM1 becomes an L-level and a PMOS transistor P1 becomes an on-state. Thus, a charge current route as shown by an arrow is formed. Since the signal ϕP1 becomes the L-level at that time, a switching element S6 becomes an off state and the power of a comparator COM3 is interrupted. When unidirectional units 2 and 3 constitute the charging route, comparators COM2 and 3 which are not used are power- interrupted. Similarly, when unidirectional units 1 and 4 constitute the charge route, the power of the comparators COM1 and 4 which are not used is interrupted. |
