发明名称 HIGH-PERMEABILITY CORE AND ITS MANUFACTURE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve aging stability of magnetic characteristic of a high- permeability core constituted by winding a thin belt of a Co amorphous alloy thin belt, by respectively adjusting saturated magnetic flux density and anisotropy energy of the core to specific values. SOLUTION: When saturated magnetic flux density and anisotropy energy of a magnetic core constituted by winding a thin belt of a Co amorphous alloy are set respectively adjusted to <=0.6 T and >=0.8 J/m<3> , change due to aging of permeability of the core can be suppressed to <=20%. On the other hand, when the magnetic anisotropy of the magnetic core is increased, the core can have initial permeability of >=40,000 even when the core has anisotropy energy of >=0.8 J/m<3> . When the anisotropy energy of the core is increased to >=0.8 J/m<3> , in addition, inclination of DC B-H curve becomes gentler and aspect ratio of the core expressed by Br /Bs (Br : residual magnetic flux density) can be suppressed to <=10%. Moreover, it becomes possible to suppress the change due to aging of the permeability of the core under the condition of 393 k multiplied by 24 hr to <=20%, while the initial permeability is maintained at >=40,000.
