PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive power converting device in simple configuration capable of supplying stable power at all the time without being affected by the repeated on/off operation of a power source switch. SOLUTION: From the time point when power is supplied from a power source 3 by turning on a power source switch 2, an analog signal generating circuit 20 generates an analog voltage Va with a magnitude changing with respect to time. The lapse of a fixed time from the time point when the analog voltage Va reaches a specified value is counted by a timer circuit 30, and a timing signal is outputted, so that an output signal preparing circuit 40 prepares an output voltage Vs with a constant magnitude. |
