PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the magnetostriction element to receive a minimized heat from the heating system by bonding the magnetostrictive element and a waveguide rod, while using two kinds of bonding materials of an Al-Si alloy and a Sn-Ag alloy and forming a molten film on the waveguide rod. SOLUTION: As the bonding method between magnetostrictive element 1 and a waveguide rod 2, two kinds of bonding materials of an Al-Si alloy and a Sn-Ag alloy are used to bond the magnetostrictive element and the waveguide rod 2, while forming a molten film on the waveguide rod 2. In this case, the Al-Si alloy is melted at a temperature of 575-590 deg.C to have a tensile strength of 17-25 kg mm<2> and the Sn-Ag alloy is melted at a temperature of 230-250 deg.C to have a tensile strength of 10-15 kg/mm<2> . Then since the heating method in the bonding process, there are various methods such as iron heating method, gas torch heating method, electrical resistance heating method, arc heating method, induction heating method, and furnace heating method. In this case, the gas torch heating method is employed, which minimize the received heat of the magnetostrictive element and is useful for efficiently heating the bonding part locally. |
