PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard radio wave distributing device which can distribute a standard radio wave so that the wave may surely reach each necessary apparatus. SOLUTION: A standard radio wave distributing device 1 which distributes a standard radio wave to electric apparatus A, E, and T having time correcting function for correcting their built-in clocks based on the standard radio wave distributed through community receiving wiring L is provided with a standard radio wave receiving antenna 11, a mixer 12 which superimposes the standard radio wave received through the antenna 11 upon the wiring L, and a distributor 13 which distributes the mixed radio wave outputted from the mixer 12.
