PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a divided-spectrum processing method in which a proper divided-spectrum processing of a frequency spectrum which comprises a plurality of peak intensities can be performed. SOLUTION: A UT waveform signal is FFTed (Step S1). When a frequency spectrum which comprises a plurality of Gaussian components having different peak values is obtained, a dividing filter which is composed of a plurality of dividing filter elements used to filter the plurality of components is selected (Step S2). The frequency spectrum is divided by the dividing filter (Steps S3-1 to S2-N). Divided frequency spectrums are returned to time-series signals by a inverse FFT processing operation (Steps S4-1 to S4-N). While an amplitude minimization processing operation (Step S5) and a polarity judgment processing operation (Step S6) are being performed, the respective time-series signals are composed, and a composed result is output (Step S7). |
