<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor device continuously operating by a period equal to the period of a clock signal by providing a timing signal generating circuit where time from the input of a trigger signal to the generation of a timing signal varies by a varying quantity equivalent to the varying quantity of the processing operation of a processing circuit. SOLUTION: The semiconductor circuit is provided with the processing circuit 30 and a dummy circuit 40 as a timing signal generation circuit. The circuit 40 is provided with a structure equal to a circuit structure equivalent to one processing route among plural processing routes provided for the circuit 30. Then the circuit 40 receives an output enable signal and executes processing operation similar to that of the circuit 30 to allow the circuit 30 to generate an output data Valid signal. Consequently, in either case when the circuit 30 executes slow operation or fast operation, it is possible to execute continuous operation by the period equal to the clock signal.</p> |
