SOLUTION: When a communication control circuit 5 and a CPU core 53 are to wake up while detecting an input change from an input load 60 connected to a present node, the frame transmission of wake-up is performed from this node through a transmission line 4. At the time of wake-up based on frame reception from the other node, the frame transmission of wake-up from this node is not performed and the data communication is immediately performed in an ordinary operating mode.
