摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control projection light to a light reflection body in a wide range, and to prevent a false report even when misalignment is generated at the side of a light source. SOLUTION: A device is provided with light reflection bodies 5(R1-R3) being placed at observation points A1-A3, a light scan/control means 64 for scanning the light of a light source 21 to the light reflection bodes 5 two-dimensionally and for leading reflected light 42 to a light receiver 22, a light scan direction instruction means 63 for instructing the light scan direction of the means 64, a scan angle measurement means for operating the light scan/control means 64 and for measuring a two-dimensional scan angle when the maximum reflected light is received from the light reflection body R1, a distance measurement means 8 for measuring distance L to each light reflection body 5 according to the time difference between the emission and reception of light, and devices 61 and 62 for measuring distance and light reception intensity with an operation means for obtaining the relative position to each light reflection body in reference to the light source 21, the light receiver 22, or tone light reflection body R1 being installed at the observation point A1 from distance L1 to the light reflection body 5 and scan anglesαandβ.
