PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express a chain of words that constructs a clause even if a KANA (Japanese syllabary) character string consists of three or more clauses by updating a conversion dictionary based on the KANA-KANJI (Chinese character) conversion result of N compound words when this conversion result obtained from the conversion dictionary is fixed as a KANA-KANJI conversion candidate. SOLUTION: A KANA-KANJI character string to be converted into KANJI is inputted (S100) and divided into words via the morpheme analysis to obtain a character string that is divided for each word (S110). It's decided whether or not N compound words can be obtained from a conversion dictionary in response to the obtained character string. If N compound words corresponding to a header are obtained, the notation of these compound words is fixed as a KANA-KANJI conversion candidate (S130). Then it's decided whether the conversion result is fixed (S150). If the conversion result is fixed, it's decided whether or not the N compound words are used (S170). If these compound words are used, the notation of N compound words obtained from the corresponding dictionary is updated based on the fixed conversion candidate (S180). |
